Tn Syed Abdul Aziz Al Qubro, Chairman of MindHeart Mastery Sdn Bhd, has over 16 years of experience in principle-based training and transformative leadership. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Training Professional (CTP), he has been a key Retirement Consultant for the Petronas Group since 2008, empowering employees with financial security strategies. His tenure as a Business Consultant for PDB Dealers (2010-2019) saw the successful execution of the BOSS Program, driving business resilience and excellence. Through values-driven training, he continues to inspire lasting growth in individuals and organizations.
Muniraa Abu Bakar

Muniraa Abu Bakar is a seasoned leader in financial training and professional development. As an MDRT USA qualifier (2021-2023) and Agency Manager at AIA Berhad, she excels in building high-performing teams and empowering professionals. She is the Co-Founder of MindHeart Mastery Sdn Bhd and Director of E-Mastery Academy Sdn Bhd, driving impactful learning initiatives. A sought-after speaker, she serves as the Main Speaker for ECER Mekar Yayasan Petronas and Co-Speaker for the EPF Development Program (Northern Region), UTP Retirement Course, and Petronas Dagangan Berhad, inspiring growth through principle-based training.
Muhd Khairul Amin

With a decade of experience as a financial consultant and investment consultant, Muhd Khairul Amin Bin Mohamed Kamil is a master in financial product sales, wealth management, and investment strategy. An MDRT USA qualifier (2022) and Assistant Unit Manager at AIA Berhad, he is dedicated to empowering individuals through financial literacy and strategic planning.
As an investment consultant, he specializes in portfolio management, market analysis, risk assessment, and strategic asset allocation to help clients grow and protect their wealth. He provides expert guidance on investment products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and real estate while ensuring informed and principle-based financial decisions.
